What gpu would I need to stream any pc game at 720p 60fps/1080p 30fps/1080p 60fps

Hello, I am a Content Creator who creates gaming videos on YouTube and streams games on YouTube Gaming and Twitch. I built my first pc to be able to handle recording and streaming any game on any platform (PC and Console). This pc allows me to record any game on any platform however when it comes to streaming, the weakness of the pc shines. I can stream any console game at 720p 60fps using GPU but I cant stream pc games such as Fortnite, H1Z1 and PUBG at 720p 60fps using GPU. I want to be able to stream at a minimum of 720p 60fps but 1080p 60fps would be excellent. I would prefer to upgrade my GPU and use GPU to stream as I can upgrade the GPU only and get the quality that I need. My internet speed is perfectly fine for the streaming at the quality that I want, I have an upload of 12-15mbps and a download of 70-80mbps.

PC Specs
• CPU: AMD FX 8350
• Graphics Card: Gigabyte NVIDIA GTX 1050 2GB
• Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-990X AM3+
• RAM: 16GB DDR3
• Power Supply: Corsair CX600 80+
• Storage: 2TB HDD & 128GB SSD

My Questions...
• What GPU would I need to upgrade to, in order to stream any game on any platform at a minimum of 720p 60fps?
• What GPU would I need to upgrade to, in order to stream any game on any platform at a quality of 1080p 60fps?

Your GPU is fine, it is the CPU that limits you since streaming is only CPU intensive -> streaming will occupy CPU resources other than GPU. What budget do you have? If on a tight budget, Ryzen 5 1600 is a good choice, or wait for 6 core Ryzen 2

As I said I dont want to rip my whole build apart. My build is on an am3+ socket and Ryzen requires an am4 socket and uses ddr4. I want to use gpu for streaming as I only need to replace one component and ready to go rather than ripping apart my system. I was just wondering if I can swap my 1050 out for a 1060 or 1070 for it to be able to stream and handle anything.
