Dual display, crash when surround view is enabled

Hi, I'm trying to set up my computer to have 2 screens connected through HDMI. I've done research and found that you need to edit this in the BIOS. I've gone and enabled surround view to do this, but every time I do the computer crashes on startup saying AtihdWT6.sys had failed with the reference SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION. Does anyone know what I could do?

I have a Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB 3 motherboard and a AMD Radeon 6670 graphics card. Thank You

That's the best way to do it. But be sure the HDMI cable goes to the monitor where you want the audio output. And the DVI to HDMI adapter/cable goes to the monitor where you don't want audio.

The reason I want to do it like this is because one of the monitors only has a HDMI input, but I want the sound to come out of the other one, so I'd have to use 2 HDMI's

the only way to daisy chain monitors is through display port and thats only if the monitor supports it. If your trying to split an hdmi cable to feed two monitors then both monitors will display the same thing.

your better off using an HDMI cable and an DVI to HDMI
