Motherboard is broken need a new one

My computer was working fine until oone daybout of nowhere i turned it on and nothing came up on screen. Then i noticed my mouse and keyboard would get power on and off. I dont have an extra psu to see if its that but im guessing its the motherboard.i have an i5 and i need anl pci e slot for gpu. I need to spend around 100 bucks. Anyone have any suggestions

2| Are you sure you want to spend on the motherboard/PSU without ruling out who the culprit is? What have you tried to rule out that the component(s) in your system are broken?

Cpu i5 3570k
Gpu gtx770
Mb asrock pro z77
Ram and psu ill post when i get home
Os windows windows 10
I took all pieces off mb and tried the mb gpu with 1 stick of ram. Tried reseating everything but the cpu. Im not sure how i can test the psu or mb for that matter
Any help would be appreciated
