Best SSD out there?

Im looking to buy an SSD, would a 250GB SSD be enough to put windows on + a few games? ive been looking at this one;

This is cheaper than the Samsung 850 Evo and is priced lower than the aforementioned SSD provided you're seeing the same thing as I am.
