Seems like a possible file system issue. You'll have to uninstall those updates -> Control Panel - Programs and Features - View Installed Updates
Afterwards, you'll want to do an SFC scan: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/929833/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system
It would probably be recommended to also do a ChkDsk: https://neosmart.net/wiki/chkdsk/#CHKDSK_in_Windows_8_or_81
(note: ChkDsk may take some time...)
Once it's all done, reboot the computer and run Windows updates again.
