To begin with my english is poor sorry for that
So i've had my i7 2600 for quite a while reapplaying thermal paste doesn't help i get 40-50 degreace(C) while i have my browser opened when i play cpu intensive games i get like 80+ degreace(C) and that's with only 50% cpu usage i am too afraid to open cpu stress test it might start a fire in the house ( and it's even underclokced like 20 watts bellow what it's suppoused to be) I am using a intel stockcooler for an I3 2100(don't ask why) So can i get cooler recommendations preferably bellow 21 dollars or 22 euro 35leva or 15.7 pounds
