so what the best and and they work fine with my power supply

best in what ?
there are many cheap spliters starting at 2-3$.
that's somewhere in the middle https://www.amazon.com/Phobya-Y-Cable-8-Pin-Sleeved-Black/dp/B00A5TA7NG/ref=sr_1_56
You can order custom sleeved cables and it will be much cheaper than cablemod.

I don't know what you going to run of those, but be aware that in computers, 8pin cables and connectors are usually used for up to ~150watts.
So the original PSU cables/connectors not necessarily were built/tested/designed/rated for much higher current. If you going to run over 300watts GPUs of each of those cables, you might have a problem.

I bought my SeaSonic power supply on Newegg, left a semi-negative review about the PCIe cables; and SeaSonic reached out and offered to send me extra cables.

I would try contacting them about needing cables. If they can't send them to you, you can at least ask about aftermarket cables like the ones you linked. Cables must be configured with the same pin layouts for specific power supplies.
