Watercool my GPU and CPU.

I am looking to watercool my R9 290x GPU. I would also like to water cool my Am3+ amd fx 8320 CPU. what is the best option for me I am using the coolermaster masterbox 5 case. I mainly want to watercool the GPU if I can't cool both.

I suppose that is to be able to OC both parts to it's maximum ?
Both are too obsolete to invest in such cooling, specially GPU (at least 3 generations old) as you will not be able to transfer cooler to different one. I would stick only to CPU AiO water cooler, that can be transferred to some future CPU/MB.

Even though the GPU is old new ones are way too expensive now. also my GPU is made to run at 90C which is why i want to water cool it. that all being said i would like to water cool both if possible which is what my original question was.
