Hey everyone,
I've been recently putting this new computer together and everything was working fine when I had built it the first time, but I decided to remove everything and reapply thermal paste as maybe it'd be better if I applied more the second time. What ended up happening was after reapplying the thermal paste the computer wouldn't boot anymore, all life it had seemed to have disappeared completely and I'm not sure what the issue actually is atm.
I've tried switching around between my 2 ram sticks and so the ram is out of the question from what I can gather but there's still no sign of life.
This is what happens, I plug in everything then power it up, the CPU fan starts spinning and my monitor seems to brighten up a little (Still black) then goes completely black, but it doesn't display anything on the screen whatsoever and it just stays black down with the fan endlessly rotating on the cpu. I don't have a multimetetr so I can't check the power of things but I have a feeling it's the PSU maybe I yanked the wires too hard on the 24pin and it's suddenly not working? I have no clue guys, lol.
Another possibility that I think is maybe the bios actually reset itself which would explain everything too.

I have dual channel 3200 ddr4 ram,
amd 2200g, it's pre new
asrock itx fatality ab350 /ac (bios was updated, paid a computer store to do it for $25)
an inwin chopin case with a 150psu.
500gb crucial ssd.

now I know the build itself works because I had the machine running before with w10 installed and everything so I'm not sure what happened that caused it to mess up like this, thanks in advance.
I'll post any requested photos if needed.

Don't think that's the issue. The system already had w10 running with a browser and a game running without an issue, think the psu is more than adequate.
(unless I'm missing something? lol)
