is there a way to Limit FPS NVIDIA GPU

Hi,

i have 2 desktop in my home, rx 480 and gtx 1070,
i just want to know if official nvidia driver can limit FPS like what AMD can do in their relive driver?

i just dont think FPS above my monitor response time is necessary.(please dont suggest turn on vsync), i just want to know if we are able to limit to certain FPS using NVIDIA GPU.

Not vsync.
Use adaptive vsync - it turns vsync on only, if fps is higher than refresh rate.

Adaptive VSync
At high framerates, VSync is enabled to eliminate tearing. At low frame rates, it's disabled to minimize stuttering.
