can I use EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GDDR5 with Intel DH61WW motherboard ?
PC Specs -
currently i m using Zotac GTX 1050 mini 2gb
i7 2600k
12 gb ram
cooler master V650 PSU
DH61WW Motherboard
Windows 10 pro 64-bit (updated)

Usually the motherboard is not the limiting factor. Even if you have only PIC 2.0 slots it would not limit your performnace much. What you need is a PCI 3.0 slot (what you have based on the motherboards product page) a power supply with 400W or more power and a processor to feed the GPU with data. Please read these articles:

In your particular case, yes, you can use the 1060 without bottlenecking.

Should be no issues such as throttling.

Depending on the game you will be limited by either GPU or CPU limitations in general. Some games will even flip-flop between a CPU and GPU processing bottleneck at times (for example, Starcraft 2 should start by GPU bottleneck, or just 60FPS cap if VSYNC is ON 60Hz monitor, then you should drop due to CPU bottleneck during battles due to all the battle calculations).
