WD passport 2TB Hard disk accessing but not opening any documents.

WD passport 2TB hard disk is not accessing. It is showing in my computer but when trying to access files not able to access it.
It is not able to access in any system. Might be problem with the HDD, how we can resolve that.

Right click on Start, left-click Disk Management. Is the disk online? Is it healthy? Can you take a screenshot of disk management?

Sorry it's coming. Health is showing as primary edition.It is showing healthy.
Main problem is when we are trying to access files, unable to access files. It is becoming slow.
