So,I'm seeing that my PC Has slowed down by quite a bit. It's about 8 months old,has a GTX 750 TI
and an FX 8320 8 Core.
I Used to play PUBG At a smooth rate of 50,and minecraft at 100.now it's very low.why?

Hi,

1- monitor your cpu and gpu temps (hwmonitor and core temp) to rule out overheating.
2- Download ans install msi afterburner and activate in game cpu / gpu monitor to see what % the utilization of each.

if CPU is at 100 % and gpu low usage, most likely means the gpu does not have enough power / defective or bottle neck.
while GPU 100% and low gpu

Also, pubg might of have a update that impact resource utilization. They mighty fix that later on the way since it just came out of beta.

How long ago were you getting 50 fps in pubg and 100 fps in minecraft? What settings were you playing at to get those frames? What has changed on your system since you were able to play at those frames. What I am getting at is we need much more info than what has been provided, and yes the 8320 and 750ti are old by computer hardware standards, but I have a non overclocked 8350 and a 750ti in my bedroom for streaming and late night, lazy in bed Civ games. That system still plays games very well. Let us know what has changed along with the answers to the other questions so we can see if it can be fixed

And PubG is an unoptomized mess. So it is also highly likely that a recent game patch is not playing nice with your video drivers.
As above. Check for temps and utilizaion on cpu/gpu.
Check to see if you have the latest graphics drivers for your video card.
Open task manager to see if something silly is running in the background hogging your system resources.

Do you see this in ALL of your games? or only PubG?
You mention Minecraft, at 100 ish fps, and PubG at 50 ish.
How low is it now? Like 50 down to 40? or 50 down to.. 10?

In another thread you said you had an i5.

Which is it? Putting out fake info does not help anyone help you.
