I am going to keep it simple
1.CPU = amd phenom 2 x2 550
2.Graphics = integrated
3.RAM = 4gb
I want to play csgo over 100fps at 1080p or maybe 720p.
I am thinking of buying nvidia 1030 because of my budget and no I cant afford upgrading CPU and motherboard.
So is it a good idea to upgrade my GPU or not do anything with my pc.
And also I was thinking of maybe playing pubg at 60fps on 720p.
Is it possible or am I just dreaming?

Well, in my opinion you're asking too much. The way I suggest you look at it is to consider your upgrade options, like a new videocard, then ask "What can I play with this setup?", then you play those games with whatever framerate you get.

You want 100fps in CSGO. I'd be happy just getting a playable CSGO framerate with that computer. PUBG is out of the question.

The problem, mainly, is that your CPU is a dual core and no hyperthreading. Putting a Phenom II X4 in there, assuming your motherboard allows it, would help with some games. You'd want an X4 at around 3.2ghz or faster.

For PUBG, at a minimum you'd want a modern dual core with hyperthreading plus an RX 460/560 or GTX 1050. PUBG on a Phenom II w/1030? No, I really would not...

Thank you. Now I can focus on other things and maybe build a full gaming pc in future.
