Wired Internet Connection Not as fast as it should be

Hello everyone,
I recently upgraded my internet speed to 1000up/50down from my IP. It is still cable service, not a fiber connection (not sure if that matters too much for this issue). I got a new modem, new router, and new switch; all of which are rated to handle gigabit pass through. My wireless connection speed is showing upwards of 900mbps download on my wife's laptop (MacBook Pro), and other wired connections (like the IP installer techs test laptop and my wife's iMac) are getting over 900mbps regularly, but my custom built PC that is hardwired to the switch won't get over about 350 or so. Sometimes it is as low as 200. I am not sure what is wrong. I have this hardware:

Mobo: SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0
Modem: ARRIS SURFboard SB8200 DOCSIS 3.1
Router: ASUS Onhub AC1900
Switch: TP-Link 8 Port Gigabit Ethernet Network Switch TL-SG108
All hard-wired connections are over CAT6.

I have tried disabling all firewalls and antiviruses (I think) and running the speed test and it is not helping. I am using speedtest.googlefiber.net on the recommendation of the installation tech from my IP. I have tried others as well and get the same or worse results.

I am not sure what other relevant info I can provide that might be useful. However, if you guys have any advice or need different info to help troubleshoot I would appreciate it.

Thanks for your help!

On your custom PC (Windows 10?) run the built in troubleshooter.

"WIN" + "I" > Update & Security > Troubleshoot. May find and fix something.

Have you tried another known (at speed) computer in place of your custom PC?

Can you try another known (at speed) Ethernet cable between your custom PC and the switch?

Are you able to directly connect your custom PC to the router (by passing the switch).

Any wall jacks, patch panels, powerline adapters along the connection path/

Have you tried updating and/or reinstalling the network adapter driver on the custom PC?

Double check the configuration settings. PCIe network card? If so be sure that the card is fully and securely seated in place.

Your objective is to narrow down the possibilities by substitution and elimination.

I.e., is the slow speed due to the physical connection (cable), the custom computer, the switch.... etc..
