Hi, not entirely sure where to put this. So I've been having this issue for a while and I wanted to finally get around to figure out what it is. Sometimes when I watch videos (like say YouTube) and let it play and switch to a new tab, then come back to the video about a minute later, the video essentially "freezes" for a few seconds (the audio is still playing fine) but then will eventually catch up to where it was in the video. For example's sake lets say I'm watching a video of some dude playing a trumpet or something, I switch to a new tab and then switch back about a minute later after I hear him playing drums - the video has frozen on him playing the trumpet, but after a few seconds, the video will immediately switch to showing him with drums now. If that makes any sense, can anyone try and help me figure out why videos are doing that?
