1 or 2 although i dislike both power supplies.
4 core CPU with 16gb of memory or 4 core 8 thread with 8 gb of memory.
Depends on the use of the PC.

I like this one if it was 16GB of memory , but the power supplies in all 3 , aren't what you want running nice setups.
