I build my computer, I bought a new motherboard but when I try to install the system after putting the key its go on to partition and start to install windows to install updates than restart and bring it back to they home windows... I'm not connected to the internet

Have you tried downloading the drivers for the mobo (specifically the network one). You can’t connect to the internet without it, Ethernet or wireless. Speaking of which, are you using WiFi or Ethernet?
