I have an Intel 8core i7 6700k cpu 4.00 GHz, Radeon RX 480 8gb, 16 Gb of ram,
2TB hybrid Hardrive/ssd, ASUS z270-AR motherboard. I have and zero issues running my computer until about 2 months ago where I moved and did have internet for those 2 months. I finally got internet and plugged it in to update window and drivers and to play some games such as The Division and usually I can run that game at Ultra for a steady 50-60 fps. But when I loaded it up it would go above 14 fps so I took it to my coworker who is an IT tech and I told him I wanted to start fresh since I was unable to manually restart my computer from home it always reverted back to the old settings and it would'nt update a windows update so starting fresh was what I wanted. But now with a fresh install of Windows 10 64bit perfomance increased slightly by maybe 6fps and im able to load things quicker but it didnt fix my problem I recently saw that Intel HD Graphic 530 was showing over my Radeon RX 480 so I disabled the intel Graphics and now performance is even worse. I dont know where to go from there or what could be the issue.
