My keyboard will not work in post. I am unable to press F2 or delete to enter the UEFI setup.
Motherboard is an ASRock A320M-dsg. Keyboard is an insignia USB keyboard. The keyboard lights but I can not enter the UEFI setup.

Solution

Using an adapter is not the same as connecting to the PS2 port on the rear IO panel.
Did you check that the keyboard works in another system.? Can you not obtain another keyboard to try.?
Did you check with another device that the USB port your using is functional.?
If post fails to recognise your USB keyboard and your USB connection is known to be good then try a PS2 keyboard till you can get into windows to load the correct keyboard driver.
Also try another USB port to eliminate that possibility and test the keyboard in another system.
Also ensure your Bios is up to date.

I tried using a usb to ps/2 adapter and it still didn't work.
