game wont use the CPU and GPU to the max.
CPU is 30% and GPU about 40-50%
i get about the same FPS no matter the settings and resolution.
i DO feel the difference between 400+ FPS and under 250 FPS.
also got a 165HZ monitor.
i tried all kinds of "fixes", but nothing works.
how do people get over 500FPS on this game?
both CPU and GPU are OCed.
*please dont tell me i dont need all those FPS and that 60 is enough -_- *
