I made a rookie mistake, and forgot the standoffs. I loaded Windows 10 and everything was fine for a while. Then it randomly turned off. After that, it would show no display. (I assumed it fried, but there was no fire or smell or anything like that).

After taking out the mobo, I discovered my fatal mistake and assumed mobo fried. Replaced it. Still same problem. Assumed CPU fried, replaced it. Still SAME issue.

I get 1 short beep when I boot up. Fans spin, lights turn on and everything seems to work. There's just no display.

No GPU as I wanted to use onboard graphics from CPU.

I'm literally stumped. I have no clue what to do. I have reset CMOS, assembled outside of case, tried booting without RAM, tried different HDMI cords, tried different monitors, but nothing has made any impact.

Is there a chance I "fried" the case or PSU?

Solution
Post will fail without ram installed and nothing might show so pulling ram completely won't tell you much. It might beep provided you have mobo speaker installed which you might not. Often boards don't anymore.
With PSU, it's not just a matter of it's alive or dead, but also of voltages though as it's new and there's no extra load from gpu, I would be surprised if it was psu as well.
There's one thing to try before reverting back to checklist, you can try and get a mobo speaker (they're like a few bucks, can get them in any electronics store), and then compare to http://ddr4motherboard.com/beepcodes/GIGABYTE-GA-H110M-HD3-DDR3-REV.-1.0
and see what beeps you get, to try and figure out what's going on.
Otherwise, just work carefully...

I don't see how you'd really fry the case. I don't think standoffs would fry the psu. You replaced both mobo and cpu so that shouldn't an issue.
Try following this checklist carefully http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-1893016/post-system-boot-video-output-troubleshooting-checklist.html
Sounds like you've done a lot from it already, but may be things you missed. Also it'll give you advice on how to check your psu if you're worried.
1 short beep according to your manual, page 14, means no problems. You mention trying hdmi. Have you tried connecting to monitor via dvi or vga?

There is no DVI or VGA port on the PC itself. That is the issue seeing as there is no GPU. I've also tried with and without RAM.

Oh no ports. Well crap.
My next suspicion would be memory. Might have started once but when I go to crucial's site for your memory:
http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/bls4g4d240fse
and select your board, it tells me it's not compatible. Have you tried with a different memory stick? Though it's odd it's refusing to start completely after lasting through install. I'd have expected that it at least sporadically work or freeze once loaded. Maybe the standoffs issue affected it? I don't know, that's reaching but still.
To check your PSU, you can do https://www.wikihow.com/Check-a-Power-Supply

I don't believe it is there memory. For one, the PC was fully functional for hours before it turned off with this stick of RAM. Secondly, there is no display with or without the RAM (which there should be).

I don't think it is the PSU either bc everything is powered and seems to be fine. CPU fan, system fan, PC LED lights, and what not.

I'm going to be calling tech support soon. This entire ordeal has been a nightmare. I'm fairly competent in computers, but this has absolutely baffled me.
