Yesterday I turned off the PC normally, but when I tried to turn it on again next day, it did not respond, i tried reseting the bios, and nothing, i moved the ram position from DIMM 2 to DIMM 4, and nothing again! then i tryied moving the HDMI Cable from the GPU to the MOBO and then the screen showed the image instantly!.

actually the GPU is connected but is not doing anything! i checked the BIOS board explorer and the there is nothing connected on the PCIE x16, i tried switching the cables from the PSU and it still showing nothing! both GPU fans are spinning normally, but the GPU it's like there's nothing there.

Specs:
MSI B85m- G45 (MOBO)
i5 4590
MSI GTX 960 ARMOR OC
8 GB ram (1 stick)
Corsair 500W (PSU)
Toshiba 500GB HDD

Please what can i do?!? GPU Prices are way too high! i CANT pay $400 USD for a USED GTX 1060!

Solution
Ok try shutting down. Taking out your gpu. Make sure it again starts ok, while monitor plugged into mobo. Shut down.
Then try putting the gpu back in (make sure to touch metal sides of the case with your hands before approaching mobo at all). Try restarting, see if any difference. If not, shut down, pull gpu out and put it into another pcie slot. Boot and see if any change. If not, take out gpu, and find another computer to plug it into. See if it's detected and functioning. If not, your gpu is likely needing replacement.
Integrated graphics will be ok for most day to day and work functions. Any video/image editing and gaming though will need a gpu.
