You'll have to make a shortlist of the models which interest you, then one by one visit the product page on the manufacturer's site - - there'll you'll see the weight of each one in the specifications listing.

Yes all DSLR's have viewfinders, Single Lens Reflex, describes the action of viewing through the lens, using a viewfinder and a prism.
All DSLR's in a price bracket will be roughly the same weight, so name a price bracket, but for the lightest you'll want to go cheapest as they are made out of the cheapest materials.
