PSU good enough?

Hello everyone. I am getting a GT 730 soon and I have been checking the reqs.

Specs are:

Intel i3 2120 3300 MHz
6GB DDR3 RAM 2 * 3
250w dell power supply
Hitachi 500GB 7.2RPM SATA HDD

Id like to know if my PC can handle the GT 730 without getting a fried PSU/motherboard for dinner

I'd replace that PSU out of principle in order to get a good quality, 3rd party one (e.g. Corsair, XFX, Seasonic). I also think it is necessary as 250W is generally good for desktop usage but not with a discrete GPU. Zoltan has nailed it with a 450W unit, just get one from a good manufacturer.
