I have a OCZ Vertex 460A and ever since i wiped my computer and went from windows 10 to 7 my ssd stopped working. I’ve tried using dban to nuke the drive, tried a few partition tools, tried using command prompt to clean drive in windows installation along with trying to delete partitions. Whenever I attempt to delete the partition I receive “The system cannot find the file specified”. I boot fine with the SSD unplugged. I’ve tried doing a secure erase with the utility off OZC’s site and it returns saying the secure erase failed. There are 3 different partitions on my drive that showed up after the secure erase failed. Before i attempted the secure erase the SSD didn’t show in windows installation. One partition says System but it only has around 300mb, one says 111gb which is what i’d want to use but can’t and the other says Reserved. Is my SSD toast?

- Set to ACHI
I have the setupapi.dev.log if that helps
