So recently I have put together a pc with the following parts
Phanteks Eclipse P400 cass
AMD Ryzen 5 1600x(used)
Nvidia GeForce 1050 ti
Gigabyte AB350 Motherboard
Team Vulcan DDR4 8 gig ram cards(4)
Seagate barracuda 2TB
EVGA B3 450 Watt bronze power supply
I cannot get BIOS to run at all, the screen just stays blank and shuts down even when I press enter. All the lights and fans are spinning, all 4 lights show up. What could be my problem and what should I do to fix it? Could my problem be my used CPU? Or could it be my motherboard?
