Cpu1 works with Mobo2 and and Cpu2 works with Mobo1.

Hey Need some Help regarding this matter.
After a Power outage my pc won't boot, so as i was troubleshooting my system everything turned on but there was no display and also no beeps.
So i tried with a different processor and voila everything worked. So i thought the processor was faulty but it wasn't. It worked in a different mobo as well.
So What is the problem here I need Cpu1 to work with Mobo1

Clear CMOS, and then try, if not try to reflash bios, after that if still doesn't work,
Try to put only CPU and Motherboard and try to boot , if it boots (by boot i mean start only), shutdown, add one stick of ram,and try again, if it doesn't try other ram, if still doesn't seems like weird situation...

Tried doing the steps you mentioned.
Reflashed the Bios and its the same,
removed the ram and no beeps with cpu1 but there were beeps with cpu2 in the system.
tried with 1 stick of ram as well.
Btw i wanna say that this is a Lga 775 system.
I wanted to revive the system to see what it can do in 2018!!

cpu1 is x5460
cpu2 is q9550
mobo1 is g41mts2 with 2x4gig ram
mobo2 is p5qplam with 2x2gig ddr2
both with modded bios respectively!
powersupply is corsair g550m

i just found out that only dual core processors are booting.
Tried to but boot using a q9550 but the systems turns off after a second and keeps bootlooping it!

it worked flawlessly before the power outage!!
I think it might be mobo problem!

Check the mods that were made in the x5460 to be compatible with 775 to verify that none have been broken. Also check the MB slot pin.
also check the power connections of atx 24 and 8 (or 4).

checked everything the x5460 aand q9550 works on second mobo flawlessly
But only dual core cpus are working on g41mt-s2 board.
i will be swapping out the psu to check if thats the problem

I used cbrom to add the microcodes!
Followed the steps from delid site.
