It depends on the RAM you are buying. Once you get past 3000MHz you have to check your selected RAM with the motherboard's QVL or else there is no guarantee it will work at that speed. If you want a 16GB RAM kit with that motherboard at 3200MHz specifically, you would need a 4x4GB kit such as
F4-3333C16Q-16GRKD
CMD16GX4M4B3300C16
or if you want a cheaper 2x8GB kit you'd have to settle for slower speed RAM. Honestly most Intel machines for gaming run fine on 2400MHz DDR4. You only see big FPS increases if you are on the AM4 platform with faster RAM.
If you went and bought 3200MHz RAM it will clock down to 2133MHz by default. When you try to use XMP to increase the speed to 3200MHz, it may fail if you don't select RAM for the QVL.
