A budget pc cabinet under 5000 rupees

Hey i am looking for a pc case for my new system. I have a budget of 5000 rupees and shortlisted antec p8, cooler master masterbox lite 5 rgb and phanteks p300 tempered glass. I mostly care about looks but it salready pretty hot here in India so i have to consider cooling of my components too. Which of these there will be good? Phanteks p300 is very rarely available unlike the other two. And is it worth to get a fractal design meshify c at 7000 rupees? And also i will be overclocking my cpu.. Here are my main components if it is needed to evaluate..

Processor - amd ryzen 5 2400g
Motherboard - asus prime b350m-a
Graphics card- gtx 1060

Sorry.. I am very new to this forum.. I was trying what every option does and i accidentally downvoted the answer.. I am sorry for that..
The problem is p400 is available at 7000 and fractal design meshify c is available at 7500.. So wouldn't the mesify be a better choice..and i am looking for cabinets with tempered glass side panel..
And from the above chosen cabinets which one will be best in terms of airflow?

The version without glass side panel i linked is under 5000. Best airflow case with acrylic window would be the corsair. Tempered glass is more expensive. The meshify C is is your best budget choice for a glass side case.
How are the Thermaltake View 22 TG and IN Win 101 priced in India? I could not find them in partpicker.

The phanteks p400s link you posted is misleading. The price is written by directly converting from dollar to rupee. But when I open that link the case shows price of 150$ and shipping of 150$ making a total of 300$..custom duty and shipping in india is really high.. And pcpartpicker jst post the price converting from dollar to rupee which is misleading. Anything priced in usd is 20% more here in india. But phanteks and inwin both are not available in India. Sites which are selling them are jst importing the product. So it looks like this.
Spec-03 - nah.. Cz i need full acrylic or full tempered glass cover
Corsair 270r- same
Phanteks p400s- amazon is charging 300$ and sites which are importing in 30% price hike are out of stock and has a price of 115$
Inwin - unavailable in india and none is importing them too
Thermaltake view 31 - converting rupee to usd price is 130$
Meshify c- some sites importing at thr price of 115$
This thing is really frustrating. I want a full acrylic or tempered glass panel with decent cooling. These are some good choices but pc components pricing is messed up in india.. So only thing coming in my budget is p300, antec p8, masterbox lite 5 rgb and all are priced under 80$ converting from rupee. But p400s(if i can make the website to restock) is 110$and meshify c is 115$. So what do you suggest under 80$ from above ?I can shed a little more and spend 120$ but I dont have much beastly specs, neither i plan for custom loop and a titan x. So I am asking will it be really worth to spend 50$ more and go for phanteks p400s or meshify c? Will not the 80$ ones give enough airflow for my build?

dude you guyz are really lucky..nothing of mentioned above is available.. .i already searched for everything that is available and those were my options.
