I recently sold my GPU as i was only playing old school games like battlefield 2 and these should run fine on my Intel HD graphics 4600 as i used to play them before i got my GPU as well with usually 140+ fps. Sadly enough i have experienced that this isn't really the case anymore, i'm pretty sure it's a driver problem but i don't know what i have to do about it as i have tried everything i could think of already, i used DDU to uninstall all GPU drivers, tried 5 different Intel HD graphics drivers (of which 1 worked fine for about one day, then i restarted my pc the next day and the problem was back), reinstalled windows but i still have the same problem.

i have uploaded a video i made with my phone of what it looks like as when i'm trying to record it with obs it looks perfectly fine on the recording (while still looking terrible on my main screen). youtu.be/Ut-FxUTNv64

If anyone knows a solution to this i'd greatly appreciate the help.

Edit: The problem just changed into another problem, the stutters are sort of gone but now my games are glitching out like crazy youtu.be/Mv6OWougNmc

Well I guess your CPU is 4th gen. There is a blog on the internet called Intelmodder. They have modded Intel drivers for download and they can boost performance. One of my classmates installed it after I told him about this and he got a boost of 10-15 FPS in all games. I leave here the link. It is trusty but you gotta use PowerShell to disable 2 things to install unsigned drivers. http://intelmodder32.blogspot.pt/2015/12/phdgd-skylake-v10-is-here.html. Hope it fixes the issue!
