Hi Guys I know this is a commonly asked question but just wanted to know how to fix it (Very New to PC Building) - I have built my PC plugged in all the necessary cables, installed 2 sticks of 8gb DDR4 ram below are the parts I picked.

-CableMod 3-Pin Fan to 3x 3-Pin Fan Adapter Black
-Corsair Air Series SP120 Blue LED Fan Twin Pack
-be quiet! Pure Rock CPU Cooler
-MSI H110M Gaming Motherboard
-MSI GeForce GTX 1060 OC 6GB
-Kingston HyperX Fury HX424C15FW2K2/16 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 White

The PC turns on all the fans kick into action the RGB on the fans turn on, the Graphics Card starts to spin and any other extra fans (Including CPU Cooler) all start to spin. Then it all turns off this all happens in about 5-8 second - I should also mention a red debug light flashes when the CPU turns on this is shown on the motherboard. I have also hooked up a HDMI cable to a monitor to see if i can get any signal but no signal is found.
I have rebuilt the entire PC twice to make sure i haven't forgot anything and have used anti-static mats to make sure not to fry anything.

), if using a 7th gen CPU, you'd have to install a supported CPU for updating the BIOS on that board. Can you return the motherboard and buy a B250 one instead?
