WLAN works, LAN timeout

Hey there,
my ISP recently changed something which resulted in me not getting into the internet. Fortunately I only had to change a couple of router settings to get back in the game. I've got an IP address, the WLAN works flawless but strangely my LAN connection is extremly slow.
I have an internet connection via LAN, when I ping the google dns no packages get lost but it is so slow that, when I want to visit google for instance with Firefox I get an timeout. If I try to download something, it is incredibly slow as well (I tried to download gimp via linux, I get under 1kb/s with a nearby mirror!), the WLAN download works as it should.

I tried a Windows machine as well, same results: perfect WLAN, super slow LAN.
What is going on?
I already made a hard-reset with my router, checked the settings 100 times, my lan IP is in the DHCP range but still no luck.

I hope you can help me:
Thanks in advance
Best regards

edit:
Forgot to mention my router modell: TP Link W8970b

Solution
Did a bunch of reading and found 2 other people using this router with Telekom and having the same problem. No good solution unfortunately. Some Australians were saying this router does not do VLAN tagging correctly.

The people that did get it to work flashed their firmware to non TP link versions (LEDE and openWRT).

Question:

" Fortunately I only had to change a couple of router settings to get back in the game."

What did you change?

Are you able to run and post the results of "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the command prompt on the super-slow Windows machine?

Verify that any given slow computer has only one network adapter enabled.

In the end I only had to change then WAN-Connection, add VLAN with the ID 7 (German ISP Telekom; maybe the ID differs from isp to isp?) As I said I made a hard-reset, hoping it woulf fix something but no luck. So currently I have the normal setup with vlan 7 added, which made the router finally connect the internet again.
I would like to provide an English ipconfig /all log but I'm having trouble installing an English language pack, so maybe you can figure this German log out? Sorry :/ (edit: I'll manually translate some stuff)
Is there any better way to post the log? I'm just copy pasting now.

Not seeing anything astray in the "ipconfig" results.

Do you have the User Guide/Manual for your router?

Does the following link match your router?

https://static.tp-link.com/res/down/doc/TD-W8970(EU)_V3_QIG.pdf

As you have reset the router there is a chance that some configuration setting was overlooked or misconfigured with respect to your network requirements.

And, likewise, you need to ensure that your computer's Ethernet adapter is correctly installed and again reconfigured to your network and router.

Visit the following link (German)

Most likely just a matter of getting the router and Ethernet adapter correctly configured. Focus on the adapter first.

ASDL.

Find your filters (sometimes referred to as splitters).

Most likely will be connected to what appears to be a telephone jack. The wire from the jack will go into the filter/splitter and there will be two output ports.

One port will be wired to a telephone or telephone base station. The other port will be wired to your router.

Filters tend to become problematic over time.

Here is a diagram. Very easy to google for other such images.

Beyond my filter/splitter suggestion above, I am now (full disclosure) out of suggestions.

Have a sense that you may have to consider @anotherdrew's suggestion especially if the problems are ISP (Telekom) and router related.

Well worth looking into I think.
