Error: no boot disk has been detected or the disk has failed

Hello as you can see from the title i cannot boot up my desktop.

I have tried a lot of things in the bios, but nothing has worked for me. I bought a new HDD, but i still can't boot up.

I've put Windows 10 on a Flash drive, plugged it in my pc, but i can't boot. It says: "Error: no boot disk has been detected or the disk has failed" And i have already setted up "boot" in bios. Is something wrong with my computer?

So i suspect that something is wrong with my pc. I have even tried 2 different USB drives to boot up with, none of them worked. I get that error no matter what. :/
