Hello everyone!
Just a simple question, after i delid my cpu im wondering if i should use liquid metal on the cpu surface itself where it touches with cpu cooler or should i avoid that?
(Cooler: Cryorig h7)

Agreed, for the cost of the Cryorig & Delid Kit you could get a very good CPU cooler that would probably be just as effective and you don't need to take the risk of damaging your CPU.

Basically im getting i7 8700k and it is arriving this week and i got all delid required tools but i don't want to change my cryorig h7, since i think it is very good, so after i delid the cpu it should be perfect...

Why are you delidding? Just for the hell of it or do you plan to do some heavy overclocking?

The H7 is a good cooler for the price but at the end of the day it is still a somewhat small air cooler. If you want to achieve 5ghz+ with good temps then something like an H7 likely wont be sufficient delidded or not.
