What is wrong with my pc?

Hey guys, please give me a hand cause i'm freaking out.

So my older configuration was:
Gigabyte 970aud3p
Fx 8320
Gtx 970
Ram 8gb P
S 630W Thermaltake Berlin

My pc first started freezing, then shutting down, then it got this kind of (similar) artifacts on screen: http://www.overclockers.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=106013&stc=1&d=1330392823

I tought it was the video card, but then changing it on the second slot pci-e of the motherboard it was working properly.

Now i bought new mobo, processor and ram, respectively:
Stryx B350-f
Ryzen 1600
Ram 8gb corsair ddr4 3000mhz
Assembled the pc, tried to boot and got artifacts again:

Pc not always boots, sometimes it gives me blue error screen and constant horizontal lines. On the mobo the "boot vga dram cpu" light flashes orange, red, white and then solid green

Considering the new components I isolated the possible causes to faulty gpu or psu.

How can i understand what's wrong?

I cant try the gpu on a new computer nor i have spare components i can try

Solution
i would definitely suspect the graphics card. it may just be a coincidence that moving it temporarily fixed it. i would call gigabyte and email them a picture before you go messing with the monitor or psu. get their recommendation. you might be covered.
