What Graphics Card Would you Recommend for this System?

Hard to say without knowing your resolution or games.

If you are playing AAA games, a GTX 1060 6GB is a great card these days. GTX 1070 is the best at 1080p but they are expensive right now and your CPU would bottleneck this card a bit.

If you are playing at 1440p or 4k, a 1070 Ti and up are ideal cards.

If you are playing simpler games like League or CS or Overwatch, a GTX 1050 would do fine.

You would definitely have to upgrade your power supply and make sure the card will fit in your case. 4GB of RAM is also really low for a gaming PC, at least 8GB is recommended if you are playing games that could take advantage of a GTX 1060.
