Is this fan OK for the 212 EVO

Is this PWM fan suitable for a replacement on my Cooler Master 212 EVO? I already have this fan and would like to use it because of the red LED. But I don't want to lose any cooling performance due to lack of static pressure, air flow, or other stuff I know little about.

any 120mm fan will do...the power is run off the motherboard, just needs to make sure it works :)

but thing is do you need to match the LED color or care about the noise?
