Wondering to buy a Gtx 1060

Should I buy a Gtx 1060 3 gb for about 300 Dollars if i can right now or should i wait till it goes back to MSRP

It will be months before card prices fall back to anywhere near MSRP on the high end. No fewer than 4 months I think unless there is a huge cyptocurrency crash. Nobody knows when suppliers will catch up but I would not hold your breath. I would just buy it now if you aren't happy with your current GPU performance.

No. It was originally $199 so I wouldn't buy it for $300.

My card has an MSRP of $859 and I purchased it for $10 less than that a month ago when prices were stupid high like they are now. Just because the market says one thing it doesn't mean that that's a rule. Your responsibility is to to find that exception. Using price alerts at as many retailers(reputable retailers) as possible may help. It took a lot more than sitting around waiting for an alert to buy my card at a reasonable price.
