R9 380 not respond fans not working on my new pc

İ just bought ryzen 1600x asus rog strix b350-f and kingston 3000mhz 8 gb ram and new monitor .But there is no signal On my gpu r9380, fans are not rotating. Gpu does not even heat. when computer starts, but there is light on r9 380s logo what should i do help d be appreciated thanks

I think that card needs auxiliary power - - it has one or two 6-pin power connectors on it, have you connected them to the PSU?

PSU adequate? (needs good quality 500w unit).
