Solution
I wouldn't expect to get more than $950 US for it. Half of that is current gpu prices and half is the rest of the tower. Not having an ssd included hurts your attractiveness, as does only 8 gigs of ram.

Solution
Case $40
CPU $200
Motherboard $80
RAM $100
GFX Card $200
$40 HDD
PSU $30 The VS line isn't all that great. CX? RM?
212 Evo $30
Fan $5
OS Almost $80 but the buyer can't sell the OS so that doesn't have any intrinsic value. Support will also end in 2020 which is aka 2 years.
Approx. $700.

For a Z97? No way would it sell that high. You're looking at about $700 minimum. You might get more if you strip the parts and sell individually than the system as a whole, and you would probably get more if you have the individual boxes for each part.
