Rx 570 Issues!

I just got a new pc. It has ryzne 1400,rx570 4gb, 8 gb ram, no overclocking. I saw benchmarks for CS:GO on the rx 570 and at high settings 1080p, the guy got like 150+ fps. I play at same settings and I get like 60-70 frames (no v-sync). My gpu also gets to 80 degrees Celsius. Even in fortnite, I get frame stutters. My PC does not get fps close to the benchmakrs. Can someone tell me what is happening. I already updated drivers, did clean OS install. Thank you!

The benchmarks you saw, does that also include the exact same cpu & memory? They weren't overclocking and/or using some special cooling method?

If memory serves, at stock the 1400 is only like 3.1 GHz. You will probably want to overclock it to really see more performance from it.

Also as the other poster said, is this for the exact same CPU etc as yours?

That might be about right. I don't have a 1400, I think my 1600 gets around 1230 or something. Saw a YouTube video though where a guy had overclocked to 3.8ghz on a 1400 and got like 791.
