So I built a new PC 2 days ago, with ryzen 5 1600, GTX 1070 EVGA, Asus prime b350 plus, 450w power supply from EVGA , and 16 GB of crucial ram
The PC ran fine for a day or so, I was downloading things when j had to leave the room , when I came back the PC wasn't outputting to the screen, so I restarted it,still black screen, I opened it up, reseated the GPU multiple times and still nothing, I thought the GPU was faulty ،then i tried resetting CMOS a, nothing.during my call with Asus customer support I pulled the ram outta my PC to give them the part number ( I was told it wasn't fully supported) but when the ram went back in , the PC booted up properly. So I think the issue may be the ram, but I'm not sure, I'm sort of in panic.after the PC worked again, I went into csgo , and noticed j was only getting 30-80 fps on my 1070 , which was odd, and that my mouse kept disconnecting (wireless) .I think the issue may be with incompatible ram or a faulty mother board , but I don't know any more please help

Solution
A 450 watt PSU is not a lot of power to run a GTX 1070. EVGA recommends a minimum 500 watt power supply to run a 1070. Do you have any extras plugged into your machine?
