Processor: FX - 6300
GPU: GTX 960 4 GB
PSU: Coolermaster Thunder 500W
HDD: 1 TB
RAM: 8 GB ADATA SINGLE STICK.
I have maximum 30,000 INR budget and i'm getting below 30 fps on new gen games. So i thought i might upgrade my processor since i felt like my GPU should be able to handle most games on 35-40 fps if paired with good processor. Also, most harddisk health checking software shows my harddisk is in excellent condition however my system freezes sometimes and causes sluttering while playing open world games which after i done some research happens to people who have bad dying harddisk. Last but not the least my cabinet is broken so need to find a new one.I have two choices here: -
1. Get Ryzen 5 1600 + GIGABYTE GA-AB350M mobo + 8 GB DDR4 RAM. If i do this i will not have any extra money to change my HDD and cabinet.
2. Second option is, I get Ryzen 3 1200 processor + same mobo + same ram. If i do this i will get enough to change my HDD and cabinet and still have money to spend on cooling if necessary.
So the thing i need help with from you guys is choosing. If Ryzen 3 1200 and Ryzen 5 1600 make a huge fps difference while pairing up with GTX 960 4 GB? If the change is only 3-5 fps then i'll stick to Ryzen 3 1200 and choose option 2. If the difference is like 10-20+ then i might opt for option 1.
Thank you for reading guys.
