I just got the Intel i3-7100 LGA1151 intel's website says it's compatible with my computer but when I went to install it today I noticed the securing mechanism for the heat sink is different the old CPU (Celeron) had screws to hold it down to the motherboard but the new hint sink has these 90 degree turn plastic lock kind of "lock down" mechanism. The problem is there are "female" threads (where you screw screws into) where the new lock down mechanism should go how do I resolve this?
