High CPU usage

I write about an old problem that came back after a whole year. There are processes that consumes too much CPU, like Clone Drive or Simple Sticky Notes. If I try to shut down Clone Drive that charge will simply move on another process.
I already tried to scan my PC with Malwarebytes and Ccleaner: nothing.

If you are sure about that...

Trying out other free antivirus with a malware-boot-CD might be a good idea (and won't hurt) for a start.
If you want to debug the processes, you might try process explorer by winternals.

If you don't come to a solution, you probably already know that reinstalling is helping against many problems... But you probably didn't need that advice...

It's irrelevant. This is not a hardware problem, but an uncorrect behaviour of the software. I use the computer both with Win 10 and Manjaro, and have this problem only with Win.
