How do i get my cpu fan to be on till 30 Celsius [fixed]

You want it on till 30c? You can change its fan curve to something like
That obviously can't be what you want so you just do the opposite.

What are you trying to acomplish, "how do i get my cpu fan to be on till 30 celsius" you mean 0 fan mode or low RPM till 30*C?

Then you see in 2 upper images the bottom one should be that "Curve" that you want to accomplish. But you got to do that in bios, or A-Tuning software provided by Asrock (you should have it).
