Recently got the Be quiet Pure rock slim. Ive attached it to the cpu and one side of the metal panel on the bottom is hanging off the top of the cpu and the other side is uncovered, is this an issue and if so how can I solve it? Let me know if you need the names of the motherboard or CPU. any help appreciated.

Looks like you have the cooler oriented the wrong way. You want the fan to blow out the back of the case. From the pictures, it looks like you have the fan blowing up out of the top of the case. Reinstall the cooler so that the fan blows toward the back of the case (toward the I/O shield).

Because its an amd socket it can only be positioned there facing either up in the case or down.
The fan uses a sort of lever to hold it into place so theres no way of moving the fan to a more centred place or turning it to blow out the back.
I could send a photo of the full case and the motherboard if that helps.
