I can't screw my amd ryzen3 1300x cooler to my motherboard 350 gaming plus, once I get one screw in just a tiny bit the opposite screw doesn't reach, how can I solve this?

Solution
i don't know your cooler but i had a similiar issue with my Noctua D15S cooler - it was a bitch getting the second screw to catch a thread and thread in

there should be springs, one under each screw - i took mine, while the wife unit held the cooler on the edge of my desk, using two pair of pliers, one on each side of the screw, i compressed each spring fully. That will relax the springs a little (more technically, it will lower their compression value) as well as shorten the spring's extended length slightly.

I worked with springs in an application, and we measured how much tension coiled springs lost with each full compression. A spring of similiar diameter to my Noctua's springs, and i suspect your springs, lost about 1/2" of...

I worked with springs in an application, and we measured how much tension coiled springs lost with each full compression. A spring of similiar diameter to my Noctua's springs, and i suspect your springs, lost about 1/2" of natural extended length, over a 6" long spring, after being fully compressed 2-3 times. You won't be reducing tension enough to effect your cooler's function. And i doubt you'll shorten the extended length 1/16", but doing that gave me the edge with my cooler.

You'll notice that each time you take a cooler off and put it back on, it gets slightly easier to catch the threading with that 2nd screw.

hope that helps
