Ryzen 1800x Cooling options?

What are some good Ryzen 1800x coolers that aren't too overpriced, e.g. NH-D15S, but still manage to do the job.

Would a Hyper 212 LED Turbo or Thermaltake Contac Silent 12 be sufficient?

The 212 was great in the day but its only an equal to AMD's Wraith that comes with the 1700. Those only do about 3.7Ghz on the stock cooler. Given your asking about a 1800X your probably going to need Cryorig H5 or higher.
